  • Payments must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices may change at any time, but existing orders will not be affected.
  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfers, and other approved options.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Completed work is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund; beyond this period, cancellations require approval.
  • Service Modifications: Changes after service commencement may incur additional charges.
  • Refund requests must be sent to support@samereal.ae and will be reviewed case by case.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, and materials created by SaMeReaL remain its intellectual property.
  • Clients are granted usage rights but cannot resell, modify, or claim authorship. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

  • SaMeReaL is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
  • No guarantees on specific business outcomes as multiple external factors influence results.

  • We may provide access to third-party tools and services, which are used at the client’s own risk.
  • Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement or responsibility.
