SaMeReaL provides Shopify store creation, branding, logo design, business card design, social media branding, and China procurement services.

  • Services are provided based on the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time. Existing purchases will not be affected by price changes.
  • We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of our services, all completed work is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to approval.
  • If we fail to deliver services as promised, you may request a review or partial refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, logos, and materials provided by SaMeReaL are the intellectual property of the company.
  • Clients receive usage rights for completed work but cannot resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our designs.
  • Any misuse or unauthorized reproduction will be subject to legal action.

  • SaMeReaL is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific business results as success depends on multiple external factors.
