As we provide Shopify store creation, branding, logo design, business card creation, social media branding, and China procurement services, our services are delivered digitally or through direct consultation. No physical products are shipped.

2. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Shopify Store Setup & Branding: Delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, typically 5-14 business days, depending on project complexity.
  • Logo & Business Card Design: Initial concepts provided within 3-5 business days with revisions as required.
  • Social Media Branding: Delivered within 5-7 business days based on the service package.
  • China Procurement Services: Delivery timelines vary based on supplier processing and logistics; estimated timelines will be provided during consultation.

Clients will receive progress updates via email throughout the process.

3. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

Upon completion of the service, the final deliverables will be sent via:

  • Email (for digital files such as logos, branding kits, and design files).
  • Secure cloud storage links (if large files need to be shared).
  • Shopify store access credentials (for website development services).

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that a valid email address is provided for communication and delivery.
  • Review the provided deliverables and request modifications within the agreed-upon revision period.
  • For China procurement services, ensure that all product specifications and requirements are finalized before order confirmation.

5. Refunds & Modifications

Since our services are digital and customized, shipping-related refunds are not applicable. However, we do offer:

  • Service revisions based on the package purchased.
  • Consultation for procurement logistics in case of supplier-related delays.
